Your only dangerous opponent should be the jumbo, you can't pen it, but it can if you're not angling. The H1 has a big weakspot, the cupola, a shot in this place kill everyone in the turret most of time. But you have a good armour and a great gun, you can litterally destroy any tank without aiming well. Now about the Tiger, I suppose you're talking about the Tiger I, there are many people that complain about this tank, in fact it's not a great tank but it's a good tank for its BR, if you can't kill a Tiger I it means you don't shoot the right spot, if you're being killed while playing the Tiger I, it means you're not angling or you have been hit in a weak spot. There are also many bugs in this game so I can't really say if it's a cheat or just a bug.
